SALISBURY City extended their impressive unbeaten run to a dozen games with a 3-1 win at home to Droylsden in today's Blue Square Premier match at a blustery Raymond McEnhill Stadium.
Liam Feeney put them ahead in the 19th minute, putting the ball into an empty net after capitalising on hesitancy by goalkeeper Paul Phillips.
Wayne Turk rolled the ball in for number two, three minutes into added time.
The visitors were handed a lifeline late on when Ashley Burbeary's wind-assisted long range effort sailed past Ryan Clarke, but City made sure of the three points when Darrell Clarke made it 3-1 five minutes into stoppage time.
The victory leaves Whites, who now head to Ebbsfleet United on Tuesday, in seventh place in the table.
Attendance: 1,307.
