TEAMS from Five Rivers Indoor Bowls Club have experienced mixed fortunes of late, taking one win and one defeat from two extremely close-fought matches.
The ladies scored a valuable win in their Rivers-meet League encounter with Havant, picking up 79 shots to the opponents' 72.
Meanwhile in the Trisham Trophy, the club's men went down by just one point, 75-74, but having lost in three rinks out of four, still lost to Palmerston by seven points to one.
