FOLLOWING the conclusion of the Hampshire Road Race League season, upcoming star Ben Saunby narrowly missed out on winning the individual league title, when he finished an agonising 0.1 points behind the eventual winner.
CoSARC’s ladies A team rounded off a fantastic season, finishing second behind a very strong Winchester team.
The Ladies B team came roaring across the timing mat to win the B Division One league title, holding off a strong challenge from Lordshill ladies B.
The Ladies C team clinched the B Division Two title, gaining promotion and joining ladies B next season. The Ladies D team finished fourth in the second division.
The men’s A team finished an excellent third in the top division, in only their second season in the top flight.
The men’s B team gained a creditable runners-up spot in B Division One, with the men’s C team consolidating seventh place.
The men’s D team celebrated finishing runners-up in B Division Two, and will join their counterparts in the top division next season.
There were many excellent results, medals and PBs in the South West Championships held in Exeter.
All the juniors did CoSARC proud with their superb performances and competitive spirit.
At Salisbury Parkrun, Kieran McManus continued his impressive improvement with another PB in 20:17.
At Churchill Gardens Junior Parkrun CoSARC scored a fantastic one-two when James Gabriel finished first in 7:20, with George Sutton second in 7:39.
