SALISBURY City's Matt Tubbs has been named in a 16-man squad for England C team's international against Wales later this month.
The match is to be played at Exeter City's St James Park on Wednesday, February 20, and is England's latest International Challenge Trophy, Group A contest.
The Whites striker has two caps to date and has scored in each of his international appearances against the Republic of Ireland and Finland.
Whites manager Nick Holmes said: "Matt deserves his call-up. He's come back from injury and been very lively."
Tubbs has scored 11 times so far this season - City's first in the Blue Square Premier - and is among the nominees for January's Blue Square player of the month award.
The rest of the squad, named by England C manager Paul Fairclough is as follows: Lance Cronin (Ebbsfleet United), Adam Bartlett (Blyth Spartans), Daniel Gleeson (Cambridge United), John Brayford (Burton Albion), Michael Morrison (Cambridge United), Ronnie Henry (Stevenage Borough), Liam Brownhill (Witton Albion), Ricky Holmes (Chelmsford City), Ben Harding (Aldershot Town), Dean Moxey (Exeter City), Russell Penn (Kidderminster Harriers), Lewis Chalmers (Aldershot Town), Mitchell Cole (Stevenage Borough), Scott Rendell (Cambridge United), Shaun Harrad (Burton Albion), Matthew Tubbs (Salisbury City).
Tickets for the game are now on sale £5 (adults), £1 (concessions). To book, call Exeter's ticket office on 01392 411243. Visit the FA's website for details of group bookings.
