BEMERTON Heath Harlequins were unable to make it eight wins on the trot, as they had a settle for a point in their latest Wessex League Division One outing against visiting Verwood.
The first 45 minutes ended with neither side able to find the net.
The home side then broke the deadlock as George Plank scored for Bemerton.
However, Bemmy were denied all three points as Verwood leading scorer Lee Vint equalised.
It keep s the Harlequins fourth in the table and in the final promotion place after the weekend.
On Thursday night, Bemerton start a hectic few days of action looking to start with a giant killing in the Russell Cotes Cup.
They travel to the south coast to take on Southern League Division One South for quarter-finals tie.
Then on Saturday Bemmy are back in league action away at Folland Sports.
When these sides met earlier in the season, Bemerton came out on top winning 8-0.
Leading goal scorer this season Justin Bennett led the way with four, George Hallahan who is now with Basingstoke Town scored a hat-trick and George Plank got the other.
Three days later, the Harlequins have their Salisbury Hospital Cup quarter-final at Premier Division Shaftesbury.
