LAVERSTOCK and Ford Ladies failed to maintain their unbeaten start in Wiltshire County Women's and Girls League following a 3-1 defeat to Swindon.
Laverstock took the lead on 25 minutes when Rachel Lang found the bottom corner, shortly after coming off the bench.
Swindon Town development ladies fought back and, ten minutes before half time, were rewarded with a equaliser after a good spell of play.
It was Swindon who scored first after the restart with a dipping shot that gave the Lavvy keeper no chance.
Lavvy then had a golden chance to level when they were awarded a penalty, which was saved by the in-form Town keeper.
Then, late on, they were hit on the break and conceded a third.
