THERE were two podium finishes for CoSARC junior Emily Bryant at the Welsh and South West Regional Indoor T&F championships in Cardiff.
She finished as long jump champion, followed by bronze in the 300m.
The VICTORY 5 is not the most thrilling of courses as runners have to do two laps of a retail centre car park.
Harry Smith was first man home for CoSARC in 24:23, with Charlotte Ingram the first lady in 32:00, a PB of 20 seconds.
Other results were Matthew Gervais 28:35 PB two minutes, Dave Gervais 31:15 PB one minute, Charlotte Ingram 32:00 PB 20 seconds. Second in age group and Carol Chlebowski 43:34 PB.
The Hampshire Cross Country, held in Bournemouth, was chillier than previous matches, and the lack of muddy puddles disappointed most of the runners who were hoping for a mud fest.
Although CoSARC fielded a depleted squad due to a clash with the Schools XC in Leeds there were some outstanding results.
Jaymee Domoney led the CoSARC men home in 30:16, whilst Anna Patrickson was first CoSARC lady across the line in 25:02. For the boys race Thomas Holme was first for CoSARC in 22:35, with Imogen Gary first CoSARC girl in 15:40. In the mens race Barry Davies earned himself PB by 30 seconds.
After four races in the Wiltshire Off Road League CoSARC are third in Division Two.
