A HORRIFIC new brand of ice cream called Toxic Waste could see a nine-year-old Ringwood boy join Jamie Oliver as food advisor to Sainsbury’s.
Christopher George is one of ten finalists shortlisted by the supermarket giant to create the nation’s scariest ice-cream.
If his gruesome glacé chills people’s gizzards enough and he wins the contest, Christopher’s creation will be in the shops for Hallowe’en.
Children aged seven to 14 were invited to come up with a devilish dessert and Christopher’s recipe includes such luscious ingredients as severed fingers made from white chocolate, worms made from wine gums, eyeballs, chocolate spiders and human bones, in a toxic swamp of mint green ice cream.
Simon Church, Sainsbury’s store manager in Ringwood, said: “We’re really pleased that Christopher has got this far in the competition.
“I’ve a feeling Toxic Waste will be hard to beat.”
