LOCAL artists’ group Artlook has teamed up with Salisbury Museum for an exhibition celebrating the Wiltshire landscape.
The group is staging Wiltscape, which featureslandscapes in traditional and contemporary styles and in various mediums, including watercolours, acrylics and pastels.
Artlook is a group of 11 artists based across Hampshire, Dorset and Wiltshire who have exhibited their work in and around Salisbury and the New Forest since their inauguration in 2007.
Artlook artist Ann Lintonbon said: “We are incredibly lucky to have such a fabulous venue at Salisbury Museum to exhibit our wonderful Wiltshire landscapes and we hope that people visiting will be inspired by our pictures and want to take a bit of Wiltshire away with them.”
Salisbury Museum houses over 4,000 paintings, prints and drawings from through the ages in Wiltshire. The exhibition will run from June 30 to October 15 in the small exhibition gallery.
