LONDON’S O2 Arena is the venue for the performance of four local schoolgirls today.
St Edmund’s School pupils Iona Johnson, Frances Rowe, Amy Morgan and Zoe Pritchard will be joining 500 other children to sing in the one-off James Bond themed musical spectacular License to Thrill in aid of the children’s charity Arts by Children.
The girls were given special invitations to perform at the O2 by the main co-ordinating school, Hustbourne Tarrant in Andover.
The money raised will help build homes for children in parts of the world that have seen devastation through natural disasters.
The event iss organised by the movement Voices for a Better World, which, while helping to raise money for charities, works to give hope and belief in young people by showcasing their talents and positive traits.
