FOOTAGE alleged to be from an incident in which a double decker bus was stolen and crashed in Amesbury has appeared on video sharing website YouTube.
The bus was stolen from Amesbury bus station in the early hours of June 18 and taken on a joyride around the town before hitting two parked cars on the Archers Gate estate, when it was then abandoned.
A green Volkswagen Polo and a silver Honda Jazz were damaged in the incident, and the bus was discovered with a smashed door and front end.
Several other vehicles at the bus station in the centre of the town were found to have been tampered with.
Footage claimed to be taken during the incident was uploaded on YouTube on June 23.
Two 16-year-old girls and a 21-year-old man were arrested on suspicion of aggravated vehicle taking and released on police bail pending further inquiries.
