A REUNION is being held for pupils of Salisbury schools who used to attend musical events in the City Hall in the 60s.
Sue Buxton (nee Witt), who attended South Wilts Grammar School and Roy Hayter, who went to St Thomas’s, met again recently after more than 40 years.
The pair of them had such a good time reminiscing about the gigs around the city, and remembering pals from St Edmund’s, Bishop Wordsworth’s ,Westwood Girl’s Schools and St Francis Youth Club who used to go to all the gigs, that they decided to hold a reunion.
The reunion, which will also raise money for Macmillan Cancer Care, is to be held at the cycling club in Salt Lane on November 5, from 8pm until midnight.
