BROAD Chalke Primary School girls’ football team scored a hat-trick – beating St Mark’s Junior School three-nil in the final of the Salisbury District Knockout Cup.
The team has already been awarded the Division One league title and the district seven-a-side festival winner’s title.
The team has won all 17 matches played in the Salisbury District competitions this season without conceding a single goal.
However, they lost out on becoming Wiltshire champions, losing to Holy Rood in the county festival final after a penalty shoot-out.
The team is Lara Mayhew, Shannon Long, Chloe Smith, Tessa Mayhew, Niamh McCormack, Maisie Grant, Katie Gillingham, Ellie Russell, Lily Jackson.
