POLICE investigating a fatal road traffic collision on the A338 at Breamore earlier this year have charged a man.
Michael Stewart, 76, from Patmore Link Road, Hemel Hempstead, is accused of causing death by dangerous driving.
He was bailed to appear at Southampton Magistrates Court on November 17.
On April 29 he Vauxhall Astra he was driving was involved in a collision with a lorry and a Land Rover Freelander.
His passenger, Linda Williams, 61, from Uphill, Weston-super-Mare, suffered serious injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The lorry driver, a 52-year-old man from Salisbury, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving. He was today re-bailed until November 27.
