INDIAN head massages, crystal therapy and facials were all on offer at Manor Fields Primary School as it held a pampering evening.
About 60 tickets were sold for the event, which has been held twice before, and more than £400 was raised.
This money will go towards a stage for the school, which will cost about £4,000 overall.
“It went very well,” said Alison Brown, vice-chairman of the Home and School Association. “Normally, this event raises about £600 and we didn’t sell as many tickets as last year.
“But I think, in the recession, it is quite good.”
Other treatments included Thai foot massages, makeovers by Lancôme, No7 and Benefit and there were various gifts and jewellery for sale.
Visitors could also get their hands on free chocolate thanks to the Salisbury Chocolate Patisserie Bar.
