HI everyone and welcome to the Journal Gang page. Halloween is only a few weeks away and the shops are full of pumpkins, witches’ hats and ghostly surprises.

The Journal Gang is getting into the spirit of the occasion this week with a chance to win great Halloween face paints to help you look the part on October 31. Here is a smiley picture of Gang winner Alicia Baker who looked very pleased when she came into the Journal’s office to pick up her Bob the Builder tool belt.

Well done Alicia I hope you’re getting to grips with all those tools. This week, we’re skipping along with children from Durrington Junior School and there are all the birthdays to celebrate too.
