Students and staff at a Ludgershall school gathered for its annual service of remembrance, creating a poignant moment.
The Wellington Academy's service began with cadets parading through the foyer, proudly displaying the British flag and their Combined Cadets Force flag.
Reverend Peter Howson led the school in a time of reflection, with visitors, members of the armed forces, councillors, mayors, trust staff and school staff placing poppies in respect.

Students from the Wellington Primary Academies participated by sharing poems and readings.
Headteacher Rob Wood said: "For many, the battle does not end on the battlefield. It continues long after they return home, in the form of trauma, anxiety and depression.
"Today, let us recognise the bravery it takes to confront these struggles.
"Just as we honour those who made the ultimate sacrifice, we must also extend our gratitude and support to those who live with the scars of conflict both past and present.
"We must create an environment, where it is okay to talk about mental health, where asking for help is seen as a sign of strength, not weakness."
Mr Wood thanked all who attended the service for their commitment to remembrance and respect for all those who serve.
