Residents from a Salisbury care home attended the opening night of a magical light display at the city's cathedral.
A group from Milford House Care Home enjoyed the 5.30pm session of the 'Sarum Lights' at Salisbury Cathedral, which featured a quieter music programme, allowing ample space to enjoy the light effects.
The event explored the theme of 'time' with a combination of light displays and music, providing an immersive experience that illuminated the medieval building.

General manager Aga Musial said: "I was so sorry not to be able to attend myself as the residents came back buzzing from the experience and the photos they took look amazing.
"We are so lucky to have this incredible building in the heart of our city to enjoy in so many ways and we are looking forward to attending many more events there.
"A special thank you must go to the access team at the cathedral who made the arrangements for the minibus and to our volunteers who came along to help for this special evening."
One resident added: "What a fantastic experience with all the beautiful designs and patterns that were projected onto the walls of the cathedral inside and out.
"We loved it, and were just amazed at the effects that were created and had fun spotting all the things that we could recognise."
