Wiltshire has just missed out on being named one of the best counties in England.
The Telegraph has revealed its list of the best and worst counties in England. The 48 counties were ranked on criteria including natural wonders, history and culture, luxuries, and peace and quiet.
Taking the top spots three were Devon, Cumbria, and North Yorkshire. Cornwall and Dorset also made the top ten in the ranking.
Wiltshire just missed out on a top-ten spot and was ranked the 13th-best county in the UK, rising four places compared to last year.
