A MAN's car was seized after he was caught driving 'anti socially' in a car park.
On October 28, a man was seen to be driving 'anti-socially' in Culver Street car park, ignoring the signs posted in the area and put himself, and potentially others, at risk.
As a result, Wiltshire Police seized his car four days later using powers under section 59 of the Police Reform Act 2002.

This section of the law allows police to seize vehicles which have been used in a manner which causes alarm, distress or annoyance to the public.
PCSO Jack Hammond said: "While you might think it's a good idea to hang out of your car window in an attempt to impress your mates, you're the one who has to deal with the consequences.
"I would encourage you to think carefully about the repercussions of anti-social behaviour."
Call the police on 101 if you think you have witnessed anti-social behaviour.
