A DRIVER has been accused of death by dangerous driving following an accident on the A360.

Tristan Medus, of Rollestone Mobile Home Park, Shrewton, gave no plea to charges of causing death by careless or inconsiderate driving and causing serious injury by careless or inconsiderate driving at a first hearing of the case at Salisbury Magistrates Court on November 1.

Emergency services first arrived on the scene of a crash north of Salisbury at approximately 7.30pm on Thursday, May 25, 2023.

The incident involved a Toyota Corolla and a Renault Traffic van.

The 46-year-old allegedly drove his black Toyota Corolla on the A360, killing driver Andrew Stephen Fallows and causing injury to passenger Ian Price.
