TWO teenagers have been arrested after a “number of burglaries” took place in Devizes and Shrewton, police have said.
A 15-year-old has been charged with two counts of burglary, two counts of attempted burglary and possession of a bladed article in a public place.
He has appeared at Salisbury Magistrates' Court and been remanded to a secure unit until his next appearance at Swindon Youth Court on November 22.
A 17-year-old boy was also arrested by Wiltshire Police on suspicion of one count of burglary and two counts of attempted burglary but has been released on bail pending further enquiries.
They cannot be named for legal reasons because of their ages.
