FURTHER electrical works are taking place at the newly-revamped Coach Park this week. 

Various stakeholders gathered last month to mark the first phase of the River Park project nearing completion.

Those in attendance - including this newspaper - were told that most of the works were now complete, with further planting and seeding due to take place over winter.

But the Journal can now confirm that more work is being undertaken in the Coach Park, with electric lights being connected.

We are hoping this will happen shortly, at which point we will then be able to commission the lights, backfill the trenches and do the final landscaping.”
