A nursery has celebrated its first birthday with an afternoon of celebrations.
On Saturday, September 14, Finkley Hudson's Field Nursery celebrated their first year of running with an afternoon of fun, food and fundraising.
Nursery manager Meghan White said: "We’re over the moon to celebrate our first birthday with such fantastic support from our families and the wider community.
"It’s been a year of growth, learning, and joy for us all, and today was the perfect way to bring everyone together."
A sunny afternoon brought together families, friends and the community, with a BBQ, a popular hook a duck game, face painting and a display of cupcakes provided by 'Cupcakes by Lucky'.
The event supported John McNeil Opportunity Centre, a local charity that supports children with disabilities and additional needs. A tombola was held, with prizes donated by businesses and families, raising £125 for the charity.
