A Salisbury-based indie-rock quartet is releasing its debut EP this Friday.
Signature Vision will release 'Through the Noise' on September 20, an EP drawing influence from songs of the Britpop era, as well as trending indie sounds by the likes of Sam Fender and The K's.
Signature Vision captures the essence of being a young adult and coming of age in working-class Britain. Through vivid storytelling and lyricism they depict their day-to-day life within the boundaries of a catchy melody, which they describe as being “reminiscent of a The Smiths single from back in the day.”

In May, the recording of Signature Vision began at Solent University Studios.
The band said: “We wanted to capture a slightly more live sounding record. We’ve had all the songs from the track list in the live set for a while now, which led to a very quick and efficient few sessions getting everything down.”
The track list includes songs: Keep Keeping On; Better Off At Home; Intentions To Undermine; Summer 21; Superstars and Everlasting Romance.
To celebrate the release of the EP, the band will also be playing a hometown launch show at Salisbury’s Rude Giant on September 21. Tickets for the show can be booked here.
