A dumped vehicle has been linked to a late-night Wiltshire crime spree.
Salisbury Police reported that a vehicle abandoned in Compton Chamberlayne, following a police chase, is connected to two burglaries in the county.
The first burglary occurred at 10.42pm on 16 September, when four people broke into a petrol station, and stole cigarettes, vapes, and alcohol.
Officers were alerted to another burglary report in Shaftesbury and pursued the vehicle, believed to be linked to the two incidents.
Witnesses reported seeing cars driving at least 100 miles an hour, as well as a police helicopter.
The criminals, dressed in dark clothing, and wearing balaclavas, fled the scene.
The police seized a large quantity of vapes, and cigarettes were located in the back of the vehicle.
