A SALISBURY cafe has drawn hundreds of revellers as it hands out free hamburgers.
It is "free burger Sunday" at News Cafe on New Canal, as one of the city's newest establishments celebrates its opening, which was earlier this month.
The scheme began at 12pm today, Sunday, September 15, and will continue until 3pm.
New Cafe's team have prepared 500 burgers to be handed out free of charge on a first-come-first-serve basis.

As previously reported, the cafe intends to be a versatile spot, offering breakfast, lunch, dinner, and a wide range of drinks.
Despite its name, it’s not a traditional cafe.
General Manager Hilary describes it as an “all-day food and drinks” venue, where customers can enjoy everything from teas, coffees, and milkshakes to cocktails, seafood, full English breakfasts and notably smash burgers - a nod to the former Byron restaurant and reflecting the chefs’ experience.
