THE SECOND annual Andover Mini-Con was hailed by organisers as “a great success”.
Dozens of guests, cosplayers, vendors volunteers and Andover residents descended on The Lights on Sunday, September 8, following last year’s success.
Organisers said on Instagram: “Wow, what a fantastic day.
“A huge thank you to our guests, cosplayers, vendors, helpers and everyone who came along to our second mini-con.
“Yet again it was a great success.”
They added: “What fantastic guests we had, thank you, you were all amazing”.
As well as the usual guests, comics and photo props, this year saw a new retro gaming area,with classic games and consoles, all free to play.
Guests included actor Brian Wheeler, who has been in Star Wars and Harry Potter, and actor Bern Collaço, who has featured in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
