A MAN reportedly cycled up to an elderly woman and exposed his genitals.

The victim was walking her dog along Charlton Lane, Ludwell, at around 12.15pm on September 2 when she was approached by a man with a black bicycle.

This man then allegedly exposed his genitals to the woman, who is aged in her 80s.

The suspect is described as being a white male, aged between 17 and 20 years old with short dark hair. He had a slim to medium build and was around 5'8" tall.

The man was wearing blue jeans with a lighter blue collared shirt.

Wiltshire Police is investigating the indecent exposure and has asked anyone with information to come forward.
