A sheep has died after being shot in the neck in a field.
Overnight on Monday, September 2, a sheep died in a field in Landford after suffering a fatal shot wound to the neck.

Police believe that the shot was fired from the road as there were no signs that someone or a vehicle had entered the field.
A spokesperson for Wiltshire Police said: "We are appealing for witnesses after a sheep was killed in a field in Landford.
"If you have information that could help with our enquiries please contact us on 101 quoting reference number 54240104012."
