A CYCLIST was racially assaulted near Solstice Park and witnesses have been asked to come forward.
Sometime between 8.55pm and 9.05pm on Tuesday, July 9, a car slowed down beside a cyclist near the double mini roundabout on Boscombe Road, Amesbury.
Items were thrown at the cyclist and racist insults shouted at them.
Wiltshire Police is investigating the allegations and has asked anyone with information to call 101 quoting crime reference 54240080602.
