"I fully intend to embrace the many strengths that define this school and work strategically to ensure that we continue to offer a first-class education that prepares our students not just for exams, but for life. Our staff are exceptionally talented and dedicated, and it is a privilege to work alongside such a committed team.
"I am also passionate about championing our aspirations in sport and the arts, ensuring that every child has the chance to discover and develop their talents."
Mr Marriott has 25 years of school leadership experience within the independent sector, including a decade spent in Salisbury. He is familiar with the local educational landscape and is "committed" to continuing the school’s tradition of excellence.
Mr Marriott will begin his new role in September.
