A GROUP of classic car enthusiasts met up for a summer rally to Wiltshire's ghost village.
Stag Owners Club met up in Salisbury Street car park, Mere, for a summer country rally to Imber, Salisbury Plain, on Sunday, August 25.
Imber was evacuated in 1943 and is only open to the public at certain times of the year.
Some of the Stags had already travelled to Scotland the previous year, an achievement for approximately 50 year old vehicles.
Although the club is named Somerset and Dorset, they sometimes visit Wiltshire as today.
George Jeans said: "Triumph Stags are and have been for many years a classic car of distinction.
"One owner purchased a Stag in 1972 for about £2.3k which was a £100 over the new cost, you had to pay then if you wanted one as they were in short supply."
