A MUSIC and fairground festival which draws crowds of thousands is returning to a Wiltshire village this bank holiday.
Retro at the Rec and Sunday Funday are back in Durrington this Saturday, August 24, and Sunday, August 25, respectively.
Durrington Recreation Ground is gearing up for a weekend full of events with local DJs Disco Dion and Paul Alex playing music spanning decades for an evening of dancing and fun to warm revelers up for the Sunday Funday event the next day.

The charity fundraiser, which is celebrating its 15th anniversary, started as a small event for the local preschool and has grown bigger and more popular over the last 15 years.
Event organisers Dion and Emma Spencer have helped raise over £30,000 since the first edition of the festival, which has gone towards helping local charities and groups as well as organisations such as Stars Appeal, Salisbury Hospice, Wiltshire Air Ambulance and various other larger charities close to the Sunday Funday teams hearts.
The festivities will include fun and games with Disco Dion, performances in the arena, mascot visits, stalls, inflatables, a car boot sale, a licensed bar, food, rides and face painting.
