I recently had a trip to your city last Monday to visit the cathedral and listen to Mary Beard at the local college. I am from the United States and was on a 10-day vacation.
When I was in your city, we decided to use the bus stop. The bus driver passed our stop because we thought the buses stopped at every stop. However, they do not, at the end of the bus driver's shift, he let us out on the side of the road in the countryside and told us to call a cab.
We walked down a hill and examined the local area to see if we could ask someone for help. There was this nice lady named, Liz or Lizzie that helped us. I was hoping we could find out who she is to make sure that she is recognized for her outstanding efforts. She deserves everything and more for being our lifesaver that day! Can you please help us find her?
