Dear Editor,
Along with my wife, we walk around the city and its streets as part of our exercise regime and as a man who's blind, I enjoy getting out for two hours per day.
Now the bit I don't enjoy, walking by front gardens with trees, bushes etc going way beyond their boundaries either scratching me, making me wet or knocking off my baseball cap.
It's time people took both pride and responsibility for their gardens and thought about their fellow man and if that's not possible Salisbury Council should compel them to do so.
Gary White,
Canadian Avenue
