Flora said: "After finding out about Outward Bound I was really eager to take on this 19-day challenge and prove I could do it. The journey I have gone through and friendships I have made have been incredible, teaching me unexpected things about myself and how to overcome tough challenges.”
Flora and her peers camped overnight in between navigating navigating remote areas of the UK and conquering the tallest mountains in the British Isles. They also took part in activities like canoeing and rock climbing.
Outward Bound instructor James Tedham said: "Flora and her peers embodied a spirit of adventure and resilience that the Pinnacle is all about.
"Watching these young people conquer their fears and grow in confidence was truly inspiring. They returned as a solid team with memories that will last a lifetime."
