Salisbury’s vibrant annual pop up summer event has reopened, and the team at Charter 1227 has expanded their offering for the 2024 season.
On Friday, July 19, Fayre on the Square hosted its launch evening on the Guildhall Square, offering street food, mini golf, a café and a bar.
The venue will open to the public on Saturday, July 20.

This year’s exciting event is a collaboration between Salisbury City Council, Charter 1227 Catering and VizualKoncept.
Charter 1227 owner, Danny Bozic, 53, and business partner Simon Baker, 47, are excited to be offering an expansion on their popular Greek Gringo street food stall.
They’ve added “Feast and Flavour”, a café-bar, with new food options including smashed burgers, and a large sheltered seating area.
Danny said: “It’s about all the experience together – just a different and relaxed experience.”
They aim to make the event as a whole more inclusive and joined together, located just steps away from the mini golf set up.
Simon added: “It’s different from previous years. We’re working more in collaboration with the Council - they wanted a more family friendly offering.
“Should the weather be British, people can still come and enjoy themselves. We love coming back, the day we shut last year people were saying – when are you coming back?”
Street food will be available Sunday - Wednesday 11am - 7pm and Thursday - Saturday 11am to 10pm; and a café/bar will open daily 11am - 10pm.
