TWO kittens born just days ago were found dumped in a bin bag on one of the hottest days of the year.
The young kittens, thought to be two days old, were found by workers at Stonefield Park while they were taking out their bins on Friday morning, July 19.
Noises were coming from a shared skip and upon investigation the workers found two tiny kittens in a polythene bin bag fighting for their lives.
The kittens were reported to registered Amesbury charity Cat Watch Wiltshire Rescue and a volunteer collected them soon afterwards.
Since then, volunteers have fed the kittens milk every two hours but founder Marnie Buckland has raised concerns about their mother.
Marnie said the industrial park has become a hotspot for people dumping cats and estimates there to be 30 feral cats in the area.

Despite the shelter already at "breaking point", Marnie refused to turn the kittens away.
She said: "This year has been horrific. It's still not common in the Wiltshire area but this year has been ridiculously stupid because of the cost of living crisis."
The kittens were left for dead amid a mini heatwave as the area has seen temperatures of up to 30 degrees Celsius.
