A CRIMINAL has been resentenced for threatening a man and causing nearly £700 to a bus.
Jake Daniel Russell, of Sherbourne Drive, Old Sarum, failed to attend 'Building Better Relationships' appointments on January 29 and April 8.
The 30-year-old also skipped a supervision appointment on May 22 without providing a reasonable excuse for his absence.
In doing so, Russell breached a community order which he was sentenced to at Salisbury Magistrates' Court on August 24 last year.

Russell threatened James Kemmitt with violence while he was travelling along the A338 Spur Road, Bournemouth, aboard an X3 bus on June 17, 2022.
He also criminally damaged said bus, which belonged to More Bus, to the value of £698.12.
Salisbury Magistrates' Court revoked the previous order during a hearing on Tuesday, July 16, and sentenced Russell to 20 hours of unpaid work which must be completed within the next 12 months.
Russell admitted to breaching the community order and must also attend 20 days' worth of rehabilitation activity requirement days with his responsible officer.
A collection order was made for £60 in court costs.
