First aid charity St John Ambulance is looking for volunteers to assist as youth leaders and youth helpers across numerous areas in Wiltshire.
Successful applicants are asked to dedicate a minimum of two hours per month to aid the charity's younger volunteers, cadets (aged 10 to 17) and badgers (aged 5 to 11), in developing their first aid skills.
There are open positions for three youth leaders or helpers in the Salisbury unit to work with the badgers, and two to work with the cadets.
Volunteering opportunities are also available in the St John units in Chippenham, Stratton St Margaret, Chipping Sodbury & Yate, Devizes and Westbury.
Volunteers begin as youth helpers and, following training and involvement, will have the chance to progress into youth leader positions and deliver first aid services in the community and at events.
The Wiltshire district youth lead at St John Ambulance, Jack Andrews, said: "We have some great opportunities throughout Wiltshire for enthusiastic and committed adults to volunteer with St John and help our young volunteers as they train with us.
"We're looking forward to welcoming new youth helpers and leaders to the St John family in Wiltshire and to getting them started on their volunteering journey with us."
