Horatio's Garden South West at Duke of Cornwall Spinal Treatment Centre in Salisbury District Hospital is allowing rare public visits.
The fully accessible, private garden designed by seven-time RHS Chelsea gold medalist, Cleve West, offers solace to individuals and families affected by spinal injuries.
Tickets, priced £5 for adults with children entering freely, can be bought online or at the entrance on the day.
The garden's design, inclusive of low limestone walls representing the form of the spine, is purposed to aid patients with lengthy hospital sojourns.
All ticket proceeds will be given to the National Garden Scheme, the single most significant funder of Horatio's Garden.
Money received from homemade refreshments sold during the visit will also be donated to the garden.
