THIS gorgeous "lively and sweet" pup is looking for a forever home.

Two-year-old Lexi is a sweet and lively Terrier Cross seeking a quiet, adult only home.

Currently based at Dogs Trust Salisbury, Lexi is looking for understanding and experienced owners who are enthusiastic and able to support her needs.

Lexi loves the company of other dogs and would thrive in a home with a neutered dog.

Although she is adventurous, Lexi is sensitive to noise, so a home away from busy roads would be ideal. She also loves long walks in peaceful areas and open fields.

During her explorations, she enjoys playing tug with her friends and showing off her toys. Lexi would also need plenty of mental stimulation and enrichment as she is known to a super-smart cookie.

Lexi cannot live with other cats or small animals and she does take daily medication to help her cope with her anxieties, the Dogs Trust team say they can offer advice on this to her adopters when she goes home.

Lexi is also a foodie who enjoys meaty treats, which she takes gently and adores a variety of enrichments such as snuffle mats.

Claire Rowe, Dogs Trust Salisbury rehoming centre manager, said: "Lexi is a lively and sweet girl who loves playing games with her buddies.

"She’s smart and enjoys adventures, finding joy in showing off her toys. We hope she finds a quiet home where she can be herself. We’re here to support Lexi and her new family every step of the way."
