If you missed the Salisbury Giant on St George’s Day, don't fear.
People will have a chance to see the Salisbury Giant, known as Christopher III, again on Saturday, May 11 during the mayor-making procession.
The giant will be accompanied by his friend Hobnob, Sarum Morris, and the city’s Whifflers, who will attend to the giant with his staff of office, sword and ceremonial mace.

The procession to St Thomas’s Church will begin from The Guildhall at midday to take the civic party to the mayor-making meeting.
Following the official instatement of Councillor Sven Hocking as mayor, the party will parade back to The Guildhall.
In addition to attending the mayor-making, Sarum Morris will hold its Day of Dance on the same day, with Morris dancing performances taking place in multiple places throughout the city.
