A search and rescue operation has been launched in the New Forest.
At 11.41am on Saturday, the Hampshire Search and Rescue volunteer group told its followers on X that it had been called out by Hampshire and Isle of Wight Constabulary.
It was the 30th callout for the team in 2024, the unit said.

Hampshire Search and Rescue, known as Hantsar, describes itself as 'a voluntary organisation which works alongside the police in searches for vulnerable missing persons in Hampshire'.
It is a lowland search and rescue unit and is 'affiliated to Lowland Rescue (Association of Lowland Search and Rescue) which forms part of the UK Search and Rescue Operators Group alongside Mountain Rescue and other organisations', its website said.
Hampshire Police has been approached for more information.
