After the chaos to Salisbury’s traffic caused by Fisherton Street being completely closed while a gas leak was sorted out, one is left to wonder what further disasters await when the works progress towards the railway station and the sorting office.
When the various schemes get finished, it would be interesting to know how many car park spaces will be available in the Central Car Park. Is this more or less than before all the river works began?
Also of interest is that the old coach park will only have space for four coaches to pick up and drop off.
The area now used as a building works compound in the Central Car Park will hold room for only 10 more coaches.
Is that enough spaces?
