A historic house on the market near Durrington has had its guide price reduced by £50k.
The Old Manor House- a six-bedroom, 17-century, Grade II* listed house in the hamlet of Milston, was originally placed on the market in February for £1,795,000. The price was reduced to £1,745,000 on Friday, May 3.

The house dates back to 1632 and boasts a Jacobean staircase across three floors which took two years to restore. Other refurbishments have included the restoration of stone mullion windows and coving skirting boards. Bespoke oak internal doors have also been added to the home.
In addition to its six bedrooms, the home has six bathrooms and three reception rooms spread across 4,000 square feet of living space.
The house is being marketed by Toby Gullick Independent Property Specialist of Winchester and is listed in Council Tax Band G.
