A CARAVAN was stolen from a campsite and drivers who were in the area at the time have been asked to check their dashcam footage.
The white and orange Bailey Unicorn III caravan was taken from Church Farm Caravan and Camp Park, off High Street in Sixpenny Handley, at around 7.40pm on Sunday, March 10.
Thieves are said to have taken towed the vehicle along the A354.
Police constable Kate Schofield, of the Dorset Police Rural Crime Team, said: "I am appealing to anyone who witnessed the caravan being towed around the relevant time in the Tollard Royal area or on the A354 between Salisbury and Blandford to please contact us.
“I am reaching out to residents in those areas to please check their home CCTV cameras.
“I would also like to hear from motorists with dashcams in their vehicles who were driving in the area at the time of the incident to review their footage and see if they have captured anything that may help us identify the suspect.”
