An award-winning Wiltshire hotel will launch a newly refurbished restaurant as part of an “exciting transformation.”
Lucknam Park Hotel and Spa, north of Colerne, has announced a series of transformations and new features that will launch this spring.
They include the opening of a new restaurant, named Walled Garden Restaurant, following the restyling and refurbishment of the hotel’s current Brasserie.
The venue will be designed to possess the “serenity of an English country garden” and will offer a seasonal dining experience, serving local produce, from April onwards.
Lucknam Park, which was named the UK’s best countryside hotel last November, will also be adding two extra stone cottages to its current offering.
The new Apple Tree and Pear Tree cottages will feature two bedrooms and a private garden.
The planned transformation will also include additional enhancements at the hotel’s spa facilities and equestrian centre.
General manager Sakis Dinas said: “This year is set to be one of the most exciting yet for Lucknam Park with the arrival of two more cottages, a new restaurant, as well as further spa and equestrian centre enhancements.
“At Lucknam Park, we constantly strive to evolve and innovate in order to exceed the expectations of our guests and provide them with incredible memories.”
