A SPORTS club will welcome a world-class Salisbury-born singer to perform two concerts in an effort to raise money for charity.
Duncan Heather, a tenor performer, will appear at Salisbury and South Wilts Sports Club on April 12 and 13.
Tickets for the show cost £18 and the funds raised will go toward Julia's House and South Wilts Cricket Club, which Duncan represented as a junior.

"I work all over the world as a performer and show director. Singing to some of the biggest audiences you can get but there’s always something special about an intimate gig at home."
Duncan's career has taken him all over the world in musical theatre, covering all genres of song.
From London’s West End to being lead tenor in 'The Spirit Of Broad- way at the 'legendary ‘Via Funchal’ Theatre in Brazil, Duncan has been principal vocalist to critical acclaim.
One of his greatest achievements on stage was to perform for the Prince of Monaco and Dame Shirley Bassey at 'The Sporting Club' in Monte Carlo in 2009.
"This time there will be lots of new material and we’ll have a fabulous night as always. I can’t wait to perform here once again," Duncan added.
Chairman Andrew Cooke said the sports club was "delighted" to host the concert giving it an opportunity to demonstrate its excellent facilities.
